These Terms govern your use of the JuncReady mobile application. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
JuncReady is operated by Missedcall Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17016333.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use JuncReady. Driving instructors must hold a current Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) badge issued by the DVSA, or a valid Pink Trainee Driving Instructor (PDI) badge.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone else. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Use the App to harass, abuse or defraud other users.
- Upload content that infringes copyright or contains malware.
5. Lessons and payments
JuncReady is a platform that connects learners with instructors and provides tools for managing driving lessons. We are not party to lessons booked between learners and instructors. Payment terms are between you and the other user. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or the quality of any lesson.
6. ADI verification
Instructors must submit their ADI badge for verification. We rely on documents you provide; we do not independently verify them with the DVSA. Misrepresenting your status may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
7. AI Driving Coach
The AI Driving Coach provides general guidance based on the UK Highway Code. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for proper driving instruction, and not infallible. Always use your own judgement when driving.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its content (excluding user-generated content), trademarks and logos are owned by Missedcall Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account settings.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App is free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
