Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up as an instructor?
Download the app, choose "Instructor" during sign-up, then upload a photo of the front and back of your ADI badge. Verification usually takes up to 48 hours.
I'm a PDI — can I use JuncReady?
Yes. Choose "PDI" during sign-up. You'll be linked to your supervising ADI or driving school for training records and supervision.
How does the AI Driving Coach work?
The AI Driving Coach is grounded in the UK Highway Code 2022. Tap any junction or step in a guide and ask anything — it'll explain in plain English. It is not a substitute for proper instruction or your own judgement.
Does JuncReady record my location?
Only during active driving lessons, and only if you grant permission. The app records your route so the lesson can be reviewed afterwards. Recording stops when the lesson ends. We don't track you outside lessons.
How do I export my earnings to QuickBooks/Xero/FreeAgent?
Go to Instructor Dashboard → Reports tab → choose your date range → tap "Export CSV". The CSV is formatted to import directly into QuickBooks, Xero or FreeAgent.
I forgot my password
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link opens directly in the JuncReady app on the device where it's installed.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days. Some financial records may be retained for legal reasons (up to 7 years for tax purposes).
How do I download a copy of my data?
Go to Account → Privacy & Account → Download my data. We'll generate a JSON file with everything we hold about you.
I'm a school owner — how do I invite instructors?
From the School dashboard, go to Members → Invite. Set the franchise fee and frequency, send the invite code to your instructor, and they can join from their own account.
Does JuncReady work offline?
Some features (saved junctions, downloaded theory questions) work offline. Live features like booking lessons, GPS tracking and the AI coach need an internet connection.
